Deflecting Frailty Allies that enter the hazardous area obtain Deflecting Frailty for 3s, which when attacked will inflict a stacking weaken to enemy attackers when hit, reducing the enemy's damage dealt by 5% per stack for 5s. (Max 5 stacks.) Additionally while the effect is active, when allies are hit, they gain 10% lifesteal for 3s. (Deflecting Frailty scales with Focus, increasing its duration to up to 12 seconds.) Arcane Vortex Swirl the flail above the player's head dealing 4 rapid hits of 75% weapon damage in a 3m radius around the player. After the first spin is completed, trigger a 3m blast of energy granting 10% empower for 5s to all allies inside the radius. Arcane Vortex can be block/dodge cancelled after the 3rd attack. This ability has grit. (Grit prevents you from being staggered by incoming attacks.) Flail Cleric Active
Flailbird Hitting targets 4 times with Arcane Vortex will inflict them with root, immobilizing them for 1s. Flail Cleric Passive
Accelerated Advantage Hitting a target with Arcane Vortex grants a stacking haste on self, increasing movement speed by 7% for 7s. (Max 4 stacks.) Allies within the radius of the attack are granted a 25% haste for 5s. Flail Cleric Passive
Flailing Stability All allies within 3m of player during the Arcane Vortex are cleansed of crowd control status effects (Root, Stun, Slow) and are immune to them for 1 seconds. All allies inside are also healed for 65% weapon damage. (Healing scales exclusively with Focus.) (Crowd Control Immunity scales with Focus, increasing its duration to up to 5 seconds.) Arcane Eruption Drag the head of the flail against the ground causing an eruption of arcane energy in front of the player, dealing 120% weapon damage and inflicting two stacks of Impairment for 6s to all targets hit. Automatically follow up with an additional melee attack that deals 150% weapon damage. Impairment deals 10% weapon damage per second and inflicts weaken, reducing their base damage by 10%. (Max 3 stacks.) Flail Cleric Active
Crippling Strike Targets hit with the first attack of burst are slowed, reducing their movement speed by 40% for 3s. Flail Cleric Passive
Debilitating Extension The follow up attack extends the duration of all debilitate status effects (Rend, Weaken, Exhaust, Disease) on the target by 30%. Flail Cleric Passive
Supportive Blessing The follow up attack consumes one stack of Impairment on the target hit, triggering a chain that will bounce up to 4 times to allies within 6m of player, granting 130% of its total damage as health to each ally it chains to, and 50% of its total damage to self. (Healing scales exclusively with Focus.) Flail Cleric Passive
Oppressive Advantage Abilities and Heavy attack hits against targets with less than 50% health, increase incoming healing by 5% and gain 10% haste to self for 3s. (Incoming healing increase scales with Focus, increasing its power to up to 20%.) (Haste increases movement speed.) Flail Cleric Passive
Weighted Superiority Grants Cooldown Reduction based on actions performed in different equip loads: • Heavy - 1% cooldown reduction when hit or blocking a hit. (0.5s cooldown.) • Medium - 5% cooldown reduction when dodging an attack. (1s cooldown.) • Light - 1% cooldown reduction when hitting a target. (1s cooldown.) Flail Cleric Passive
Happy Flails Hitting a target with a basic attack within 3s of using an ability will inflict exhaust, reducing stamina regen rate by 15% for 5s. Flail Cleric Passive
Spiky Impairment Being hit or blocking a hit from a melee attack while above 90% health inflicts a stack of Impairment for 6s on the attacker, dealing 10% weapon damage per second and inflicting weaken, reducing their base damage by 10%. (Max 3 stacks.) (5s cooldown.) Flail Cleric Passive
Vital Embrace While at or below 50% health, all flail attacks grant 3% lifesteal while attacking targets. (Max 3 targets.) While above 50% health, all flail attacks extend the duration of damage over time effects on targets by 7%. Flail Cleric Passive
Leader of the Pack When no allies are within 5m, all flail attacks deal 10% more base damage. When 1 or more allies are within 5m, they gain empower, increasing their damage dealt by 5%. Flail Cleric Passive
Better Together While near 1 or more allies, grant passive healing to self and all allies that heals for 16% weapon damage every 3 seconds. Range of heal aura varies based on what equip load the player is: • Light - 5m radius area of effect. • Medium - 4m radius area of effect. • Heavy - 3m radius area of effect. Barrage Sprint forward up to 10m. Upon reactivating the ability, pressing basic attack, or reaching the end of the sprint, leap forward up to an additional 3m and slam to the ground, dealing 30% weapon damage to targets in range of the flail during the leap and 80% weapon damage upon landing, staggering targets on impact. (Character collision is disabled while sprinting forward.) Taunt Gem Compatible: If you have a Carnelian gem equipped in your Flail, this ability inflicts taunt for 6s when it hits. Defensive Rush Hitting a target with any of barrage's hits will grant a 30% fortify. The fortify has a 2s duration, and every hit extends the duration of the status effect by 2s to a max of 8s. (Moving through targets with the Bulldoze upgrade will also extend the duration of the effect.) Flail Bastion Passive
Abiding Superiority Grants a bonus to Barrage based on what shield type is equipped: • Round Shield - Barrage hits for 30% more base weapon damage. • Kite Shield - Barrage hits inflict 20% slow for 4s. (This will also slow targets moved through with the Bulldoze upgrade.) • Tower Shield - Barrage gains grit while active. (Slow reduces movement speed.) Bulldoze Barrage can now block attacks while charging forward without consuming stamina, and will push all enemies moved through to the side. (This will also cause the targets moved through to be taunted if using a carnelian gem.) Flail Bastion Passive
Flailure to Launch Barrage's attack now triggers a 2.5m blast of energy around the target on hit, dealing 35% weapon damage to all nearby targets, and granting fortify to all allies within the radius, increasing armor by 20% for 8s. Flail Bastion Passive
Trip Swing the Flail forward latching onto a target dealing 50% weapon damage and knocking them to the ground. Flail Bastion Active
Flailing Duration Tripping a target applies a special debuff to the target lasting 3s. Allies that hit the affected enemy will reduce the duration of all damage over time effects on themselves by 10% per hit while active. (1s cooldown.) Flail Bastion Passive
You've Got Flail Hitting weakened targets with trip will inflict 15% rend for 5s on the target, and granting 15% fortify on self for 5s. (Rend decreases armor.) (Fortify increases armor.) Flail Bastion Passive
Destabilize Adds a follow up heavy attack, that deals 145% weapon damage. Flail Bastion Passive
Warding Bludgeon Perform a spinning leap then swing the flail down to strike targets, dealing 100% weapon damage. While leaping, trigger a burst of energy, granting a reinforced fortify to self and all allies within 3m of player, increasing armor by 50% for 8s or until 3 hits are taken. This ability has grit. (Grit prevents you from being staggered by incoming attacks.) Taunt Gem Compatible: If you have a Carnelian gem equipped in your Flail, this ability inflicts taunt for 8s to all enemies within 8m. Stable Impairment Stamina damage taken is reduced by 25% for 0.5s after activating block. Additionally, blocking hits while the reinforced fortify from Warding Bludgeon is active will Inflict a stack of Impairment for 6s on the attacker, dealing 10% weapon damage per second and weakening them, reducing their base damage by 10%. Best Friends Upon hitting a enemy target, a nearby ally within 6m is selected and you become linked to them. While the connection is active, they gain empower, increasing their base damage by 15%, and you both gain damage absorption, reducing damage taken by 10% for 8s, or until players are more than 6m apart from each other. (This effect cannot be dispelled.) Flail Bastion Passive
Vital Suppressant While at or above 50% health, reduce damage taken by 4%. While below 50% health, reduce the attackers stamina damage dealt while blocking by 10%. Flail Bastion Passive
Cured Flailment The first target hit with a heavy attack within 3s of using an ability will cleanse 1 stack of any debuff from self, and will also inflict a stack of Impairment for 6s to the target hit, dealing 10% weapon damage per second and weakening them, reducing their base damage by 10%. Reductive Superiority Grants status effect duration modifications on self based on what shield type is equipped: • Round Shield - Increased base duration of all limited duration buffs on player by 10% • Kite Shield - Decrease base duration of damage over time and debilitating effects on player by 10% • Tower Shield - Decrease base duration of crowd control effects on player by 10% Flail Bastion Passive
Flail Mary While stamina is at or below 30%, activating an ability will grant 15 stamina. (5s cooldown.) Flail Bastion Passive
Mitigated Protection When blocking a hit, gain a 3s tracking status effect, every blocked hit extends the duration of the status effect by 3s to a max of 9s, and while the effect is active, gain variable damage absorption based on current health percent and equip load: • Heavy - 5% absorption at full health increasing to a max of 20% mitigation as health decreases • Medium - 3% absorption at full health increasing to a max of 13% mitigation as health decreases • Light - 1% absorption at full health increasing to a max of 7% mitigation as health decreases Flail Bastion Passive
Reinforced Vitality Increase your max health by 25% of your physical armor rating while the flail is equipped. (This effect is active as long as the flail is equipped, even if the flail is sheathed.) Flail Bastion Passive
Human Shield Hitting a target with an ability while within 6m of an ally, applies a status effect linking yourself and a single ally to each other for 5s. While the effect is active the ally will only take 50% of the incoming damage and causing you to inherit 35% of the incoming damage they didn't take. (Cannot be applied to targets that already have this effect, or self if you already have the effect applied to an ally.) Flail Bastion Passive
