Does this drop from all lvl 65 portals? Minors in Shattered Mountains drop Major Caches. Heard some people say these can drop The Abyss as well. Is it true?

took me 1,215,500 points to finally drop it :))

Closed almost 200 portals with no artifacts drop, then at the same day got both Abyss and Grey Wizard's Hat. RNG is RNG, just wait till your lucky day as well.

Returning player. No luck stats. Lower gear score. Wearing FS and IG. Dropped on 13th portal in Myrk.
Good old fashioned RNG. Just keep rolling the dice.

Here that was a painfull 157 portals mainly majors and drop on major GL all

Dropped from my 26th portal. It DOES NOT drop from chests, but rather TOGETHER with the chest.

Only took me 26 hours and 189 Major Portal Breaches to get this to drop ;)

Dropped to me at 40-50 portal. Sometimes i weared lucky set, sometimes not, sometimes i equiped GA in offhand, sometimes not. I don't think it matters, just RNG
