You can only obtain this item once.
+45 magnify, +11 for all attributes. Nice choice for light armors. Not useful for medium or heavy armors.
These are now unachievable due to a bug in the main quest line, Prodigal Daughter quest where you cannot 'weaken corruption'
i play bow not musket :)
Tell me you play musket without telling me you play musket.
random perk: health or shirking energy
This Artifact is the reward for completing the last mainstory quest, The End of New Eden, in the Elysien Wilds.
To unlock all the missing perks complete Artifact: Attuned Leather Pants.
The magnify by default gives +50 to whatever your highest stat is, then an additional maximum+40 split between your other 4 stats depending on how you have stats dispersed. If you have stats that are only getting +5, add a few stats into that category and it will go up to +10
Can someone clarify why the Magnify value is different for everyone?
Mine are at +80 Magnify. See some other people in the comments that says +70. These here are +50, and have seen some at +90.
I got these and did the 3 kills to activate perks and now i see a quest to UPGRADE item in Kiln...its 700, so what to do
My pants are showing up as 70 Magnify (split between highest attributes).
Something is bugged with the stat distribution. On my pants it says +80 Magnify (split between highest attributes), but it's not really 80 points... it is more like 60. Also the perk "Well Rounded" is giving only 5 points to INT and FOC, but should give 10.
@Tyler Jay Norris make sure they aren't equipped or in a gear set. They need to be in your inventory to upgrade.
Are these bugged for anyone else? They don't show up in the kiln for upgrade.
Acquired after you complete the final trial at the end of the Main Story Quest. Only the Magnify + Well Rounded perks are active on acquiring the pants, and further perks are unlocked by completing the following:
- Defeat Toy Maker Phthah at Saircor Orrery - This mob has ~750k hp and hits hard, so I'd recommend finding a group. He's located on the north-west side of the PoI, down a set of floating platforms. He is accompanied by several exploding cats.
- Slay Commander Thorpe in the Depths Expedition - Rather simple to do outside of mutations, as it is a lower-level dungeon.
- Defeat 50 Feral Beast enemies in Elysian Wilds - Every beast type enemy counts, including the rats you can find in the old first light settlement, and any rabbits / fireflies you can easily squish underfoot. Completing this objective unlocked the 'Elemental Aversion' perk for me, but I'm unsure if this is always the case, or the objectives just randomly reveal one of the perks.
i wonder how long the quest chain will take...
Overall this thing is better than nature's wraith. You get 100 stats(+45 magnify and +11 to all stats including magnify stat) from this item then it's 725GS. If it's 2 stat weapon like blunderbuss then +66 ponts to damaging stats it's around +9-10% base weapon damage + adding some points into dex will give you 5% crit chance and some points into focus 5% CDR and you can use limited time empowers for example from endless thirst10%+bb recharge 16% empower and that's >>> nature's wraith. For blunderbuss this item easily allows 350 str + 202 int + 25 dex + 25 focus + 52 con. Very versatile. Use 48 con food and you have 15k hp(if you got +health in every piece of equipment and amulet) and decent damage, use 48 int food and you get more damage + 30% dots duration perk from 250 int but 11.7k hp. Blunderbuss not best example cuz it doesnt have a lot of limited time empowers.
Next thing it scales with gearscore and gives more stats at 725. Sooner or later there will be 800 gs items and this item once you upgrade it to new gearscore will have more stats. And nature's wraith not.
