yea, idk why you downvoted this guy, but honestly my thoughts was too about pve expedition healer. probably shoes is still better but its fun not to drink mana pots, just for psycological feeling idk. you can suck mana via void g, but..

Thinking of using this as healer. Nimble Coat is great but with Refreshing Move and 4 stacks of Refreshing, I often notice that, even with Refreshing Toast, my mana potion is on cooldown when I need it and even when it's up, the animation adds about a second in which you can't heal anyone. The increased mana pool would also make Infused Mana Potions more efficient as they will now leave some of your mana pool empty so that you can continue benifitting from mana regen. Might even want a Siphoning ring for the max mana scaling, Hearty Sacred Siphoning would have to be crafted though.

This Artifact drops from participating in closing a Major Breach Lv. 65 in Brimstone Sands, Shattered Mountain or Reekwater.
Since it is not contained in the Breach Caches (instead you get it in your Inventory), the drop can be affected by Luck.
To unlock all the missing perks complete Artifact: Grey Wizard's Hat.

Well if the 45 int is what should make it special, then this item is a joke. It effectively has 1 perk less than other artifacts so why would anybody waste their artifact armor slot on this piece, lol.
Edit: They added +100 mana perk.

Works great with my fire/ice mage. I look just like Gandalf and do mega fire dmg to boot! Woot!
I actually prefer to rock my fire staff with my Abyss great axe with this. Abyss' void dmg scales off of INT. Perfect range/melee combo!
Could do a fire or void build. You'd just need to do void dmg on the other weapon as well.
