Does the crit damage decrease still bring your damage below 100% or did they fix that?

while @Tanjona Rafidison isnt wrong the main reason Vg using this, is the Refreshing Precision skill in VG tree which gives you Cooldwon Reduction for every crit. With theese gauntlets every VG attack crits and even on multiple targets with scream and Orb which often results in nearly instant or even instant Cooldwon on your abilities.

you want this in a lot of builds that proc an effect with crits and are not all about isolated big hit numbers, there are a looot of perks where crits proc an effect, either a bleed,it refreshes/reduces some sort of cooldown, gives haste, gives empowered, etc, this benefits pretty much everyone but vicious style players. For instance, the spear Exacerbating Crits extend the duration of the spear debuffs which in turn increases ur crit chance 15% with Exposed Wounds so you might be criting all the time and refreshing debuffs depending on the internal cooldown if it has one if not surely it'll get nerfed and added one.
