Is this still bugged? Can you get 600?

I tried to farm this for 3 hours with 600 watermark on fire staff and high luck rolls. Best i got is a 510 purple.

The Fact that the boss is LvL 60 limits the gearscore of the item way below 600. Therefor you will only receive low 500 GS drops even though your watermark is way higher. So at the moment it is probably not possible to drop the staff in legendary nor close to 600 GS.

The reason it drops as purple and not orange is bc it is dropping for you below 600gs. If you drag the slider above, it will show you that the lower gearscore version does not have every perk.
