@McFly "This recipe requires an artifact ingredient. Splintered Bow must be present in your inventory or the settlement's storage for the recipe to show up in the crafting station." This info is present in new world database when you go look in the recipe section https://nwdb.info/db/recipe/2hbow_warpwoodt5

I have this recipe and I'm 200 Engineering. I can see it in the Tier 2 Workshop in Windsward. I have the materials so I go over to Mourningdale where there's a T5 Workshop. The recipe does not show up there.

I'm assuming it's based on territory and/or faction? If so, that's pretty dumb.

Be careful to anyone that wanna craft this items. It will be Bind on Pickup upon crafting it. So you have to craft it yourself.

If you ask someone else, it will be bind to that person.

@RadioControlledShark if the perks show up in the list above, they aren't random. On items like Orichalcum Longsword, you will see a Perk Buckets tab that shows the random perks you can get.

For crafted items such as this bow, are the perks random? Or will every Warpwood have Enfeebling Poison Shot, Vorpal and Keenly Jagged?
