i got the shield within 5 kills.

3 min respawn timer. All three exclusive drops confirmed. Easily farmed in an hour with moderate luck: 3 bags & 3 basic trophies only. Can stand in a corner in the middle to the west to avoid becoming blighted. If leveling music 3 flute tunes of "Call of the Ancients" right after the kill can be played and ready to kill again after the third tune.

I've lost count of how many times I've killed this boss (with 41.8% luck) I stopped counting around 40... so far I've gotten 3 named Greatswords and 3 named Rapiers, but no shield. I can say that it does drop as my bf got one on the second kill. I guess the TLDR is get ready for the long haul if you want the shield.

As of today 11/6/22 it still is possible to get inside with the youtube videos help, and drops are confirmed/ Got the shield at 5th kill and Rapier at 7th. With a total of 53.9% Luck.

100% still possible to get Jewel Crafting Hood. it is just... frowned upon to get in as a level 60.

I am very sure after killing it 200 times, it does not drop the artisan jewel crafting hood

@Nico489 Yep, the 14,870 HP seems accurate. It only takes <10 seconds to kill him as a level 60 even when blighted. Still no legitimate way to get back in after doing the quest, but anyone level 55+ shouldn't have an issue soloing him now, and for level 60s he's a joke. 90 second respawn timer.

As of 10/3/23, I'm pretty sure this mob no longer spawns. Despite having an updated item pool, the area this enemy is supposed to show up in is just barren, thus, Motherwell Wisher's Coin is deleted.
