Food Rations

If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day, but if you teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime. Or at least that's what Papa said. That is why I taught all my subordinates in the army the essential skill of fishing. It's why I continue to teach fishing even in my retired living.
