how about both? ;) at these events i usually buy everything that is interesting and good, within the first few days of the event. and then just wait the cd, to buy another inductor and chrome seal etc

Let's see... spend 15 premium tokens on an Azoth Inductor saving me 25,000 gold and faction tokens.

Or spend 10 premium tokens on an armor pattern with middling outcomes.
