Crafting on this item was disabled at launch of Brimstone Sands based on "player feedback". Still not enabled as of 10/19/22. Odds are the perks will change from Thwarting Strikes, Vicious, Keenly Empowered to something else. Most likely replacing Vicious with Refreshing Evasion like they did with the Blackguard's IG and FS, along with Tiger's Instinct and Absolute Terror (which got Refreshing).

I learned this and keep getting "cannot craft" when trying to make one...
Possibly bugged.
