Ignited Retaliate: Gain a stack of +8% damage for 5s after blocking or taking a hit. (Max 3 stacks). Hits inflict Burn, dealing 8% Fire damage per second for 2s.
Ignited Strike Ward: +4% Strike Damage Absorption. Your Fire attacks deal +2% damage.

A gem encased in runeglass, providing an attunement to the Retaliate weapon trait, Strike Ward armor trait, and increased Fire damage on hit. Cannot be socketed into Jewelry.

Is it bugged? Regular jasper adds stacks normally and refreshes oldest one on hit but this one doesnt add stacks and not even refresh when hitted. What the hell?
