Leeching Frozen: Convert 50% of damage dealt to Ice (If INT is higher, replace weapon scaling with INT, but at 65% scaling). Heal for 3% of the damage you deal (2s cooldown).
Leeching Ice Ward: +5% Ice Damage Absorption. Heal for 1% of the damage you deal (2s cooldown).

A gem encased in runeglass, providing an attunement to the Frozen weapon trait, Ice Ward armor trait, and Leeching on hit. Cannot be socketed into Jewelry.
