Well, for this you will need 200 platinum ore + 20 pure solvent. You get a package of 4 pristine gems and 2 brilliant gems. To me its not worth to farm for this (you can get the same amount of pristines from 1 mythril vein), but if you have some platinum stored and u r not using it, its good.
