Sundering Clear Out: Clear Out inflicts Rend, reducing the target's armor by 24% for 7s.
Refreshing Move: Light and Heavy attacks reduce your active weapon cooldowns by 2.5% (0.2s cooldown).
Plagued Strikes: Heavy attacks inflict Disease for 8s, reducing healing effectiveness on the target by 27% and outgoing healing by 14%.
