I already have all the artifacts but for some reason I had Hive artifacts available to unlock at Kiln. So, I unlocked the Elemental Band and now I have two of them in the main game.

4x4: Can confirm it’s bugged. No perks unlocked when Artifact is crafted. Lost a Hardened Crystal. Still wants me to unlock everything on the Nimble Coat.
Ocamiac: You can earn the rewards once for each region. Can only claim on one character per region.
